No Problems With Mine

I purchased this product through Amazon almost a year ago, and it has worked reliably and effectively. I wanted a light-duty washer, and wasn't expecting this to be anything else. It has handled all the around-the house jobs that I have tried it on. It is easy to move around and set up for use, so it gets used more than a less portable heavy-duty washer would.

Works well for me

I bought this item to clean my huge lanai (covered porch) and to wash down the house in preparation for painting.^M

I've only used this washer once, but I used it for 3-4 hours and it worked just fine. It assembled easily and quickly, start up and prep is a breeze. It dripped a little at the hose inlet, but I attribute that to an old, repaired garden hose nozzle at the juncture.^M

Pressure was strong, the unit performed flawlessly and my lanai is sparkling! I also appreciate the large handle and big wheels for moving around my grass and sand (I live in Florida) as well as the easy-to-use power switch. ^M

Use is straightforward and very wet. I haven't used the detergent tank, yet, but I plan to when it comes time to paint the house.^M

So far, this purchase has been a good one.

Decent tool, reliability issues

My wife bought me this for my birthday. I used it ONCE, the second time I went to use it it didn't work. After reading the troubleshooting section in the manual the best I could come up with was to call customer service. Being the type that would rather tear it apart myself, that's exactly what I did. I ended up having to replace the motor start capacitor and it works again. It was only a $10-$15 part, but I don't think it should have needed repair after only one use.
