Packaging

I just recieved my order and I have to say that I think they could be boxed better. I did not have any major damage just scuffs here and there on some of the handles and i am still awaiting my free rack.

Companies do listen to consumers!

These Bessey Tradesman clamps are extremely strong, well designed, easily adjustable. Despite the horror stories I read below my clamps arrived on ST Patties day in a sturdy heavy duty cardboard box. Agree they were not individually wrapped but were packed neatly like sardines in a can so they wouldn't move in transit. If you need a HD set of clamps I highly recommend this set and the Bessey rack to makes storing them easy and neat.

Packaging Update

I knew posting a review with regards to packaging would gain me some heart burn especially after reading the reviews from my initial posting. What I can report to all our loyal and potential customers is that Bessey is changing the packaging for the BTB30 kit. What we are going to do is ship the clamps in two seperate boxes as opposed to one. Each box will be lighter, thus allowing local delivery companies greater ease in handling the packages.^M

A sample set is being shipped to my office this week to see how everything holds up. From that point I will use the same packaging to return the clamps to our distribution center. If all goes well, we will make the changes very soon.^M
