This is REALLY nice

I have been doing a lot of work that requires me to drill holes and then use my drill as a screwdriver. This little gadget makes me tremendously efficient. I just pop the drill bit in and I'm ready to work. It cut my time by about 75%. Well worth the money.

Don't Buy Other Manufacturers' Hex Shank Chucks

I have used the Makita and Stanley, and they are junk compared to the DeWalt. The BIG difference is that the collar on the DeWalt is spring-loaded so that you just push the bits in and they lock in. All the other brands that I have seen, you have to pull back the collar manually (a 2-handed operation) to insert the bit. The device is sturdy and a time-saver over other brands of similar function. DeWalt makes a few nice combo-sets as well.
